Roles and Responsibilites:
My role is to provide energy, leadership, and vision to the congregation as we seek to fulfill our mission to make disciples of Christ and share His love. I coordinate the staff as we work together to make an eternal difference for Jesus Christ in the lives of many in our congregation and in the community of Rochester. I seek to shepherd the sheep of Christ’s flock and help them develop a vertical relationship with our Heavenly Father and horizontal relationships with fellow members of the Body of Christ. I strive to encourage and support the thriving ministry of Rochester Central Lutheran School.
