I'm New

Trinity is a congregation of the Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod. We believe:

• The Bible, the inspired Word of God, is the only reliable source of truth for Christian faith and life;
• The Triune God—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—is the one, true living and almighty God;
• All people, by nature, are sinful and deserve God’s anger and punishment for their sins;
• Jesus Christ, true God and true man, through His innocent suffering and death, has redeemed the world from sin and hell and cleanses us from all sin;
• By His victorious resurrection, Jesus defeated death and gives to all believers the gift of eternal life and at death, the believer enters glory in heaven;
• These blessings are received by God’s grace (His undeserved love) through faith in Jesus, worked by the Holy Spirit through the hearing of God’s Word and Holy Baptism; and
• We are strengthened in our faith in Jesus Christ through the regular use of God’s Word and the Lord’s Supper.

Services times:
Sunday (traditional): 8 & 10:30 AM, with Sunday school and Bible study between services during the school year.
*During the summer (May 26th – September 8th), Sunday services are 8 & 9:30 AM.
Saturday (blended): 5:30 PM

Dress
There is no dress code. On Sunday mornings you’ll meet people in jeans, some in polos, and some in suits and ties. In general, people are more relaxed in dress at the Saturday evening service than Sunday morning. Come as you are.

Hearing Assistance Devices
If it would be helpful for you or someone you know, hearing assistance devices are available for use during worship. An usher, elder, or or staff person would be happy to provide one for you.

Pastor Haak’s Bible Study – 7 PM (Faith & Family Center)

The nursery is open every Sunday during both serves and is staffed during the Sunday school hour so parents can attend Bible study. Children (even noisy ones!) are encouraged to participate in services along with their parents to create the habit of participation as they grow older. To help with short attention spans, we provide activity bags in the narthex and a children’s message during the service. Should the need arise to take your children out of the sanctuary during worship, the service is on screens in the narthex and in the nursery. We want people of all ages and walks of life to be able to hear God’s Word in a way they can understand and that connects them to the whole body of Christ!

Sunday school classes are offered for kids age 3 and up! Sunday school classes start at 9:15am, and we meet in the education wing (long, brick building next to the main entrance).

 Weekends:
If our main Trinity Lutheran Church parking lot (blue box) is full during a worship service, you can park in either Mayo Clinic Lot 25 or Lot 11 (dark orange).
Weekdays:
Parking in Trinity’s parking lot is for church events, meetings, and appointments only. Please check in with the office first.
