For Saturday evening, in honor of National Lutheran Schools Week, the readings in the service will be done by Mr. Marty Mack.
Sunday’s children’s message will be done by Mrs. Carol Wickre, and the readings will be done by Teacher Mr. Ken Weinlaeder. Mr. Mack, Mrs. Wickre and Mr. Weinlaeder are all teachers at RCLS.

…would like to thank everyone who donated to our Health Kit project for LWML. We received enough items to make nineteen whole kits, with a few extra items to use for future collections.
THIS IS AN ONGOING PROJECT FOR 2010, so please continue to donate throughout the year. A list of items needed is posted on the bulletin boards in the entry way, and in the narthex near the collection box. Would you like to contribute to beautifying our church at Easter? To raise funds for this years National Youth Gathering in New Orleans, the youth will be hosting a FLOWER SALE. Choose the type of flower(s) and the number of flower(s) you would like to purchase and decide if you want to pick up your flowers or leave them at church. You can even just donate money toward the general purchase of flowers. All flowers will be used to adorn the church on Easter. See the bulletin insert and easel in the narthex

Sunday Bible Class Skype Video Chats

During the month of March, the Christian Service Board will be collecting items for New Life Family Services. New Life Family Services is a nonprofit group that is committed to helping people faced with an unplanned pregnancy. Their mission is,―Birth for the little ones, rebirth for their mother and fathers. One of the services that they offer is a clothing closet where families in need can receive clothing, and other baby items on a monthly basis. For a full list of services that New Life offers, visit www.nlfs.org. Below is a list of items that New Life is able to accept as material donations to their ministry.
New or gently used clothing (clean and free from holes, rips or stains):
Maternity clothing and baby clothing up to size 3T
Blankets, crib sheets, baby towels, snugglies, slings
Onesies in all sizes
Head supports for car seats
New Only:
Diapers (especially sizes 3-5), baby wipes, infant formula
Infant and toddler toys, such as rattles, soothers, pacifiers
Baby shampoo, powder, lotion, or personal care items
Baby equipment: car seats, high chairs, strollers, cribs
Because of health and safety concerns, they are not allowed to
accept used toys, or used equipment.
Please place your donations in the box in the new narthex. It
is located to the left of the sanctuary door.
